Chelsea
Chelsea is the one who keeps our team moving and operating. She’s kind, honest, and a natural leader. She’s the imaginative one on the team and helps make decisions when it comes to our rehabs. Her background and degree in Landscape Architecture, combined with a passion for interior design, really allows her to see the potential a property offers. As a former collegiate athlete, Chelsea strives for perfection.
Brad
Hi, my name is Brad. I’m the owner here at 401HomeBuyers. I’m an engineer (“nerd”) by trade, which means I’ll be the one putting together the analysis on your home in order to get you the best offer.
I make sure you are happy. Typically, I get the pleasure of dealing with our homeowners and I will do my best to ensure we are providing you with the best offer we can make. I’m a math guy so the numbers have to make sense, but we do not provide low-ball offers. If that was the case we wouldn’t stay in business, and we like what we do!
We want to make a deal that you are happy with. Reviews are important to us, and we wouldn’t get positive ones if we were taking advantage of homeowners. We aren’t desperate to buy homes, we buy ones that make sense for us and for you. We’ll make sure you understand the offer and the process of how we buy homes, we’re not here to hide anything.
